Theory and practice ADD ” Support individuals navigating the emotional and psychological challenges that arise after the loss of a loved one. This form of counselling helps individuals process their grief, understand their feelings, and find ways to cope with the pain associated with loss.”

Couples workshops

Theory and practice ADDS ‘These workshops aim at helping partners improve their relationship, resolve conflicts, and enhance emotional connection. Through practical instances we teach how to shift the patterns and perspectives that keep stuck cycles repeating.”

Presence Psychology

An integrative trauma therapy that opens awareness to the Four Dimensions of Presence (Self energy, in IFS ) to help us expand our identification of who we are, experience well-being, balance emotions, and process the many layers and nuance of trauma through memory reconsolidation.
