IFS Model – Level 2 Application (11th Cohort)

This is an Official Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) Level 2 training offered by IFS Australia & New Zealand. In this Intensive specialised Level 2 program; SAD: Shame, Anxiety and Depression offers an in-depth exploration of shame, depression and anxiety through the lens of the IFS model, providing a framework that makes entrenched symptoms workable.
