Welcome to this personal growth workshop using Constellations and IFS! 

Join Couple and Family Therapists Gabriela Salabert and Simon d’Orsogna for 3 days of self-discovery and growth in Crows Nest, NSW (bio’s below). This event is all about honouring the past and welcoming the future in your adult journey. In these days we bring our focus to internal and external systems for releasing stuckness, healing, and wholeness. Connect with like-minded people and gain valuable insights into your life journey.

Explore what holds you back in the present, and release what is no longer helpful. Here we look into loosening entanglements through resolving unfinished bonding, grief and early conflict. Acknowledging our excluded emotions, we can take in what is valuable in our family and inter-generational inheritance. Explore unfinished relationships, illness and health, as well as thwarted purpose and happiness to release what it’s no longer helpful. We invite greater clarity using experiential group-work [Hellinger’s Family and Systemic Constellations, and Internal Family Systems (IFS)].Here we look into loosening entanglements through resolving unfinished bonding, grief and conflict. Acknowledging our excluded emotions, inter-generational inheritances, thoughts and beliefs allow us new growth and perspectives. Accepting and adjusting to new possibilities, honouring the past and welcoming the future allows the flow of life and love, and prepares us for our next steps. In this experiential workshop at the renown Crows Nest Centre we discover what’s unfinished and take steps to release our places of stuckness and entanglement. Join us for our quest to support deep transitions – searching for more truth, meaning and adult presence in a group of like-minded seekers. This is an experiential workshop, and is not a training in Constellations or IFS.

Although the facilitators are trained and accredited therapists, this has no affiliation with Hellinger Sciencia or the IFS Institute. In every life decision and purpose, we must select and leave aside what is no longer a primary need. In midlife people often become less impulsive, more thoughtful about their work, more open to life’s complexities, and more aware of their intuitive feelings. It’s a wonderful time to start a new project or clarify your direction! Suitable for those seriously interested in personal growth in a supportive atmosphere. Confidentiality and safety will be discussed on the first day, and the expectation of self-care, self-responsibility and support is key. We do not recommend attending if you are in crisis or active recovery or find that groups over-activate your nervous system. If you are warmly intrigued and have curiosity about ongoing integration and elaboration of your adult self in well-held groups, we’d love to see you here. Experiential work requires safety, warmth, and heat in the crucible for transformation, growth, and change. This intensity is our connection with Life. If you have this calling, want to amplify it, or are looking to reconnect with the flow of life and love, this intensity is how we connect with the Eros, sparkle, and energy of our unique path.This workshop will speak especially to those who love learning and self-discovery. This is an experiential workshop, not a training in Constellations nor IFS. It is for all people, at all ages. No prior reading or experience is required!
