Join Couple and Family Therapists Gabriela Salabert and Simon d’Orsogna for a day of self-discovery and growth in CBD Sydney. This event is all about becoming more present, and welcoming the future at the change of the year.

Here we bring our focus to releasing stuckness and heaviness, and evoking our clarity and presence. Connect with like-minded people and gain valuable insights into your life journey. Explore what holds you back in the present and release what is no longer helpful. Here we look into loosening entanglements through resolving unfinished bonding, grief and early conflict. Acknowledging our excluded emotions, we can take in what is valuable in our family and inter-generational inheritances. We invite your greater clarity using experiential group-work [Hellinger’s Family and Systemic Constellations, and Internal Family Systems (IFS)].This workshop will speak especially to those who love learning and self-discovery. This is an experiential workshop and is not a training in Constellations or IFS. Although the facilitators are trained and accredited therapists, this has no affiliation with Hellinger Sciencia or the IFS Institute.
