Acknowledging our excluded emotions, we can take in what is valuable in our family and inter-generational inheritances. We invite greater clarity using experiential group-work [Hellinger’s Family and Systemic Constellations, and Internal Family Systems (IFS)].
This workshop will speak especially to those who love learning and self-discovery. This is an experiential workshop, and is not a training in Constellations or IFS. Although the facilitators are trained and accredited therapists, this has no affiliation with Hellinger Sciencia or the IFS Institute.
